Smoothie with Turmeric, Ginger, and Apple (Can be made Hot or Cold)

Turmeric Ginger and Apple Smoothie: very tasty, light, and nutrient-dense, this smoothie is a great way to start your day.

This smoothie is not only nutrient-dense, but also flavorful with warm turmeric and ginger, and the color is reminiscent of a beautiful fall day.

Ingredients for Turmeric Ginger Apple Smoothie

Turmeric with Ginger

Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties, heals our bodies, and aids in the fight against free radicals.

Ginger is a natural immunity booster and detoxifier, as well as a digestive system soother.

Vitamins, iron, and heart-healthy characteristics abound in apples.

Process for the Turmeric Ginger and Apple Smoothie: I’m not using milk or a milk substitute, or even yogurt, to maintain the smoothie’s natural flavor.

Instead, I’m using simple water; but, if you still want to add something, natural coconut water is an option.

Pro-tip for year-round enjoyment of this Turmeric Ginger and Apple Smoothie:

On colder winter days, you may even make this smoothie with warm water and drink it like tea or coffee.

Once you’ve gathered all of your ingredients, simply combine them in a blender for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.

You can drink this Turmeric Ginger and Apple Smoothie straight up, or strain it if you want a thinner, non-fiber smoothie.

For digestive benefits, I recommend drinking it straight up with all of the fiber.

Green Smoothie with a Boost

My go-to immune-boosting and invigorating green smoothie, made with only 5 ingredients. This detox smoothie is naturally sweetened with apples and oranges and contains superfoods like spinach, hemp hearts, and anti-inflammatory ginger.

Green smoothie

This vegan green smoothie is high in fibre and delightful, thanks to all of the immune-boosting ingredients. It has a sharpness to it thanks to the apple peels and orange fibres, and it’s also very filling. The subtle zing of ginger is ideal, and the shelled hemp seeds and greens blend seamlessly.

Apples are high in phytonutrients and are a good source of fibre. For extra nutrition and fibre, add Fuji, Gala, or Red Delicious apples with the skin on.

Navel oranges are packed with Vitamin C; simply remove the peel and add for pleasant zesty scents.

On hectic days, I like to have this homemade detox smoothie for breakfast or as a quick lunch. It’s also my go-to smoothie throughout the holidays, so I can stay healthy and energized while attending all of the social gatherings and holiday shopping!

Ginger is anti-inflammatory and provides a spicy flavor to the dish.

Hemp Hearts – Shelled hemp seeds are high in protein and Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, and they have a nutty flavor.

Detox Smoothie: How to Make It

An apple should be peeled and cored. Cut the orange skin into pieces after removing the peel. Chop the ginger into small pieces.

Pour cooled water or coconut water into a blender jar (ice cubes also can be added instead of water). Shelled hemp hearts, diced apple, orange, ginger, and spinach are all good additions.

Blend until completely smooth.

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SMOOTHIE

This very refreshing and zingy Anti Inflammatory Smoothie is not only delicious but also incredibly healthy! This drink is loaded with fresh ingredients that will brighten your skin and give you a boost of energy.

I’m not sure about you, but these dismal and dark days are draining my energy reserves! It’s becoming increasingly difficult to get out of bed in the morning and stay focused throughout the day; I’m having to give myself pep talks on a frequent basis! I can’t make spring arrive any sooner, but I can brew a drink that will wake up your taste senses and get you ready for the day!

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SMOOTHIE

TURMERIC AND GINGER ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SMOOTHIE

I really wanted this smoothie to have some zing to it, and it did! The juice from the orange and mango will provide natural sweetness, while the turmeric will add a beautiful earthy quality to the drink. Fresh ginger and lemon juice tease the taste buds, and the orange juice and mango provide a natural sweetness, while the turmeric adds a lovely earthy quality to the drink.

For optimal flavor and goodness, choose the freshest ingredients you can get your hands on. Use fresh orange juice or squeeze your own if you don’t want to use the stuff with a lot of sugar and preservatives.

INCLUDE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY FOODS IN YOUR DIET.

I am not a nutritionist, as my regular readers know! There are other blogs for that, but unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’re aware of the need of including anti-inflammatory items in your diet. It’s an excellent approach to strengthen your immune system and protect yourself from diseases like cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and depression.

FOR BREAKFAST, THE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SMOOTHIE IS PERFECT

The beauty of this smoothie – and all of my smoothies! – is that it’s a quick breakfast alternative. Simply chop the ginger and mango and combine everything in a blender till smooth. The citrus flavors really wake up your taste senses, and you’ll be ready to take on the day with a tummy full of goodness!

If you want to make your smoothie a little thick, just add a few oats for added fibre, and if you want a sweeter smoothie, just add a squirt of honey.

Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

THE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY SMOOTHIE

This is one of our family’s favorite smoothies, which I make on a weekly basis. Banana, spinach, pineapple, kiwi, chia seeds, and milk of your choice are just a few of the fundamental components. You can also experiment with flavors by adding your favorite fruits and vegetables, as well as whatever else you have in your refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana diced
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups plant-based or dairy milk

Making a smoothie is the simplest thing in the world. Simply combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth (Photos 1-6).

Break the banana into smaller pieces when peeling it to make it easier. Peel and chop a kiwi in 4-6 pieces in the same way. Before putting spinach in the blender, I like to rinse it.

Strawberry watermelon smoothie with the highest flavor and freshness

When you’ve got that summer feeling, there’s always one item that can brighten your day and contribute to your sense of enjoyment. That’s a tasty, fresh smoothie! And what is one of the best fruit smoothies to consume throughout the summer? Smoothie with strawberries and watermelon!

Strawberry watermelon smoothie

We all know how delicious strawberries are, and how refreshing watermelon is for quenching one’s thirst… But have you ever tried mixing them up? Have you tried combining them with coconut before?! If not, I can assure you that you are in for a treat!

I’m not sure why, but the combo of strawberries, watermelon, and coconut yogurt tastes incredible in this smoothie.

Not only that, but it’s also jam-packed with fruit. Watermelon is high in vitamin C and vitamin A, whereas strawberries are abundant in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Watermelon also has a high water content, which is great because we all need to drink more water!

Tips for making a Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie

Now, different amounts of strawberries or watermelon will appeal to different people, and that’s fine. This watermelon strawberry smoothie can be used in a variety of ways. However, if you use too much watermelon, the strawberry flavor will be drowned out.

Frozen strawberries and/or watermelon can be used in this recipe. In fact, I recommend it since it cools down the final strawberry watermelon smoothie, which is perfect for a hot summer day!

When using frozen strawberries, it’s important to first combine them into a kind of crushed ice, as otherwise, your blender may struggle to fully include them into the final watermelon and strawberry smoothie. With frozen watermelon, this isn’t an issue.

Ingredients you’ll require

Watermelon

Strawberries

Yogurt made with coconut (be sure to use one that suits your diet, such as non-dairy coconut yogurt, low carb coconut yogurt, etc)

Water

Steps

Get the ingredients ready.

If you’re using fresh strawberries, puree them until they’re the consistency of crushed ice. This will make it easier for them to combine into the finished strawberry watermelon smoothie.

Toss in the watermelon.

Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie

Combine the coconut yogurt and the remaining ingredients.

Pour in the water.

Blend.

Enjoy!

Now go and share this article and especially in the holiday season you and your family can treat yourself to one of these healthy smoothies!!
