USA Truck Inc. of Van Buren has hired Shauna Jamison as its chief people officer.

Jamison spent 22 years at Walmart Inc. of Bentonville, including the last three-plus years as a human resources executive with the company’s supply chain and transportation divisions. Jamison earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University in Tempe and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix.
