According to the CDC, the effects of COVID-19 on the health of racial and ethnic minority groups are still emerging; however, current data suggest a disproportionate burden of illness and death among racial and ethnic minority groups.
During our general membership meeting, the Public Health Director for Arlington County, Dr. Reuben Varghese, will provide the membership and attendees with a brief update on the COVID-19 pandemic.
