CLEVELAND — Cleveland Clinic continues to be one of the world’s finest providers of health care. According to Newsweek’s ranking of the ‘World’s Best Hospitals” for 2022, Cleveland Clinic came in at No. 2.
For the study, Newsweek says it looked over 2,200 hospitals in 27 countries. The rankings are based on the following data sources:
Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Florida all also ranked in the top 250 in the world. Six Cleveland Clinic hospitals ranked among the top in the United States:

In another Newsweek ranking of specialized hospitals released last September, Cleveland Clinic is rated as the No. 2 hospital in the world for specialized care and the No.1 hospital in the world for cardiac surgery. Cleveland Clinic ranked among the world’s best in all 10 Newsweek categories — cardiac surgery, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, orthopedics, pediatrics and pulmonology. Cleveland Clinic is also one of the top hospitals in the nation according to U.S. News & World Report.
