Wellness retreats opens for World Mental Health Day – Solihull Observer

A WELLNESS retreat welcomed Touchwood shoppers on World Mental Health Day (October 10).
Run by Push on Wellbeing CIC, the wellness retreat offered free 15-minute massages and refreshments including tea, coffee and cake.
There was also the chance for people to recharge their batteries and relax in a friendly environment and chat with the wellness team.
On Monday there was also meditation sessions, gratitude attitude and singing for wellbeing sessions.
The annual event aims to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilise efforts in support of mental health.
The wellness retreat will be open until Friday, October 14, from 10am until 4pm.
Lucy Burnett, marketing manager at Touchwood, said: “We’re happy to be opening our wellness retreat all week in support of World Mental Health Day.”
