Tracking the Jags' staffing situation under Doug Pederson – Jaguars Wire

Now with his introduction out of the way, new Jacksonville Jaguars coach Doug Pederson has to take on the tall task of putting a staff together. Thankfully, it should be a smoother process than usual as Pederson had the 2021 season off to network and had the wheels in motion on a staff before he signed the dotted line to come to Duval.
So far, it’s been a rather quiet search on the surface in terms of reports, but Pederson has been working hard behind the scenes to get his group together, which will be tasked with getting Trevor Lawrence and Co. on the right path.  Ownership has been working to add staff members as well in the front office, too, as it’s clear the department needs more structure based on how the team has struggled with talent acquisition in the past.
We’ve gathered all the reports we could find on the additions the Jags want to make, and here is what we know so far about Pederson’s potential staff and more:
