On Sunday, the expo is open from 11 a.m. to 5p.m. You can learn about building a healthy gut and how to do a digital detox at 11:30 a.m., how to flow and meditate and how to bio hack your sleep at 1 p.m., and how to connect health care to home and how to create trauma-informed care at 2:30 p.m.
