Holistic health and wellness practitioners took part in the Holistc Healing Fair Saturday, and the event was to continue Sunday from 10 a.m.-4 p.. at Personal Touch Banquet Hall.
The hall is located at Parkway Place, 1135 Lansdowne St. W.
The first 50 attendees receive wellness swag bags, each day.
The fair has more than 30 unique vendors, including local experts who specialize in all different areas of holistic healing and wellness practices. These include holistic practitioners, readings of all sorts, handcrafted items, all natural items, coping mechanisms, wellness work, jewelry, books and so much more.
Admission is free and everyone is welcome.

“The Holistic Healing Fairs were created to educate and inspire our local community to grow more conscious of their daily habits and lifestyle,” states event founder Vanessa Wilson. “It’s an opportunity to learn the importance of self-care, self-love and all the amazing services offered right in your backyard. Anyone interested in wellness and self-care practices is urged to attend.”
Wilson has co-ordinated more than 40 Holistic Healing Fairs across Ontario cities, from Sault Ste Marie to Windsor and everywhere in between. The first was in Sudbury in 2016.
“I feel that mental health is now, more than ever before, extremely important for us to learn how to navigate. Especially after the pandemic stresses most had faced,” she stated, “and this event presents an opportunity for everyone to come and learn about the many different wellness activities available. There are endless options to help alleviate the mental and physical stress that we face day-to-day.”
