Ms. Allen has served in the senior living space for more than 30 years. Her most recent experience was serving as Vice President Health and Wellness for Balfour Senior Living. In her role, she oversaw clinical and wellness, vendor relations and risk management. Prior to that, Ms. Allen was Divisional Director of Health and Wellness, Senior Lifestyle Corp. and was responsible for clinical oversight, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and service excellence for assisted living, memory care, and skilled care for seven CCRCs nationwide. In addition, Ms. Allen has held positions with Warren Barr Lincolnshire, Tutera Senior Communities and Signature Healthcare, among others.
Ms. Allen, who will be based in Denver, attended William Rainey Harper College and Colorado Technical College where she studied nursing.
