• Berkadia arranged the $21 million refinancing of Vista Verde at Deerwood, a 208-unit garden-style apartment community at 13901 S.W. 122nd Ave. in Miami, on behalf of Rilea
• Marcus & Millichap facilitated the $8.5 million sale of 300 Majorca Ave., a 17-unit apartment building in Coral Gables, to FLB Bay Harbor LLC. The firm also represented seller Pacific National Bank in the $3.9 million sale of the first four floors of 1720 Harrison St., a 19-story, 147,877-square-foot commercial office space in in Hollywood.
