Malaika Arora turns author: Malaika Arora is working on her first book, which she has yet to name, about nutrition. Readers will gain insight into her healthy eating habits as a result of the book.

The literary work will help readers grasp the process of mastering discipline in eating with a guide on how to blend nutrition plan with fitness goals by covering some key elements of food and nutrition such as the relationship between eating right and overall well-being, the challenges associated with food deprivation.
When it comes to her book, Arora says, “It will enable us to communicate our findings with the general public. Personally, I believe in our bodies’ overall well-being. Concentrating on one at a time does not help the other. So the goal is to promote good health from the inside out, and we’ve only begun to scratch the surface so far.”

Malaika’s overall fitness is a testament to the healthy dietary habits she adheres to. While her social media fans have interacted with her, the book will provide readers with a unique opportunity to grasp the concept and details.

Pallavi Barman, Founder of LAP Ventures, an Exceed Entertainment group company, stated, “We’re thrilled to be working with The Sunflower Seeds on Malaika’s debut novel. The book is a continuation of Malaika Arora Ventures’ (MAV) focus on health, fitness, and well-being.”
“MAV has already made investments in Label Life, Sarva Yoga, and Nude Bowl as an entrepreneur. Her goals as an author will be driven by the same ideals that she has as a businesswoman” she concluded.
