Editor’s note: This is a recap of the first event of the latest iteration of the St. Louis Business Journal’s Women’s Conference. Rather than a single, one-day event, the program is being presented in 2022 as a recurring series of events. The first, held virtually on Feb. 10, focused on mental health. Future events, to be held in-person, are scheduled for April 21, June 9, and October 13 and December 8.
