A spot in the US Open final for 2022 will be up for grabs when Iga Świątek and Aryna Sabalenka face off on centre court.
Neither player has reached the final at Flushing Meadows before, so plenty is on the line on either side of the net.

The Sporting News has all the details for what is set to be an exciting semi-final.
In typical style, Iga Świątek has enjoyed a dominant US Open campaign thus far.
The 21-year-old has only dropped one set, which came in the round of 16 against Jule Niemeier.
Despite being the favourite at this stage of the tournament, there are still some warning signs for Świątek.
She was bundled out of Wimbledon in the third round and has suffered early exits in three WTA events since.
However, her French Open victory earlier in the year proves she knows how to take out a Grand Slam tournament.
Sabalenka, 24, is yet to win a Grand Slam but has a strong chance to do so at this US Open.
The Belarussian will also be aiming to make the most of her time at Flushing Meadows having been banned from Wimbledon due to the conflict in Ukraine.
Sabalenka has prevailed in two tough three-setters so far this tournament against Kaia Kanepi and Danielle Collins which should boost her mental confidence.
She also notably reached the semi-finals at Cincinnati in her most recent tournament before the US Open.
Świątek comes into this match as the favourite, and deservedly so.
Despite her youth, she has more experience in crunch Grand Slam matches than Sabalenka, which could be the difference.
However, her Belarusian opponent will be no pushover, and is a genuine chance to make her first US Open final.
Sabalenka’s physicality will require some composed defence from Świątek which should make for an enthralling battle.
Expect each set to be close, but with the world No. 1 to make big plays when it matters most.
Prediction: Świątek in two sets
The match between Iga Świątek and Aryna Sabalenka is the second match of Arthur Ashe Stadium’s night session.
Therefore, the start time will be dictated by the first match between Caroline Garcia and Ons Jabeur.
