The Green Hills Wellness Challenge is back this year. The event will be held from January 17th through April 2nd, with sign-ups at the Ketcham Community Center on the North Central Missouri College campus in Trenton.
Participants will weigh in weekly and report their physical activity at the Ketcham Center. The entry fee is $10 per person.
Each person who loses 10% of his or her body weight will win a monetary prize. There will be 100% payback to winning participants.
The individual with the most miles logged will win a plaque. Other prizes are to be drawn for completing wellness logs.
This year’s Green Hills Wellness Challenge is sponsored by NCMC, the Ketcham Community Center, the Regional Arthritis Center, the Grundy County Health Department, and the Trenton Republican-Times.
