Connecting Point hosts a variety of free workshops and class series each month focused on health, wellness, and caregiving.
A new three-class series begins Thursday, February 3 on the topic of Healthy Eating on a Budget. All classes will be held via Zoom, can be taken individually or in a series, and require pre-registration.
Healthy Eating on a Budget shares the best practices for eating healthy on a budget, including meal planning, grocery shopping, and food storage tips. The classes will be held Thursdays, February 3, 10, and 17 from 2 – 3 pm.
Classes are made possible through Nevada County Public Health and CalFresh Healthy Living.
