Berks Community Health Center (BCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides high quality healthcare to anyone, regardless of their ability to pay.  Serving the residents of Berks County with four locations in Reading: 430 North 2^nd Street, 1040 Liggett Avenue, 838 Penn Street and 1110 Rockland Street.
The BCHC clinics offer primary care for children and adults, and more.  The provide chronic illness care, dental services, nutrition counseling, laboratory service, optometry, and behavioral health, as well as other specialized care.
And recently they launched a Mobile Health Clinic that brings these vital health care services to neighborhoods around the county. The Wellness on Wheels vehicle will greater access to healthcare throughout Berks County. The 40’ mobile health clinic has two medical exam rooms and one dental room and will tour the county providing primary, specialty and dental health services.
