WEforum beach crawl
Long Branch, NJ – WEforum Fit Crawl is BACK and taking it to the shore with a Beach Crawl on September 22, 2022, on the sand right next to the Wave Resort in Long Branch.
"The Fit Crawl is an integral part of our mission because it highlights the WEforum’s Move for Life pillar, which encourages people to get active, whether it be a walk or a super intense workout,” said WEforum Founder Carolyn DeSena. “Movement is one of the most important factors to maintaining overall health."
The 2022 Beach Crawl brings together multiple fitness studios, athletes, and mind-body professionals for 35-minute workouts, with options ranging from bootcamp to barre, with lots of yoga, pilates, strength, and toning in between. With ten to fifteen workouts to choose from, happening at regular intervals between 8:30 AM and 12:15 PM, the WEforum group is primed and ready to welcome as many participants as possible, while highlighting small business owners, community leaders, wellness professionals, educators, and organizations who promote a culture of healthy living.
Registration starts at 8 AM. All attendees are welcome to try as many classes as they wish, and join WEforum for a post-crawl party, starting right after the last workout ends. Drinks and light bites from some of your favorite local spots will be available, as well as lots of time for socializing in the sun! This fun beach day ticket is only $50, with all the proceeds benefiting Monmouth Medical Center and the hospital’s Anne Vogel Family Care and Wellness Center in Eatontown.
The Beach Crawl will occur rain or shine, with the Wave Resort providing indoor accommodation if needed. For tickets and for more information, visit www.weforumgroup.org.
