In the past 130-plus episodes of this podcast, we have spent a lot of time talking about how to keep a group of employees safe, but we are usually talking about physical safety in the form of mitigating risks that lead to injuries to the body. In this episode, however, we are going to talk about supporting employees who may be struggling with their mental health. We will also discuss strategies for keeping mental health and wellbeing at the forefront of safety initiatives to help play a part in creating healthy and safe boundaries for all.
