Dear DePauw Students, Staff and Faculty,
Over the past two weeks, we have continued to see decreases in COVID-19 positive cases broadly in Indiana, in Putnam County and on campus. As a result, we are moving from Yellow to Blue status effective immediately.
What does Blue status mean for our campus?
Masks are optional in residences, Hoover dining hall, University building common spaces and in meetings and during most University sponsored events.
Masks remain required in the following situations:
As we continue to monitor COVID-19 metrics, we plan to announce additional changes concerning isolation, contact tracing, sick call policies and mask requirements prior to spring break.
As a reminder, scheduled asymptomatic testing for students, faculty and staff members is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for the remainder of the spring term. Appointments are required and can be made here.
