Ergonomics for Remote and Campus Workplaces

More details: This ergonomics-focused lunch and learn will help you improve comfort at your workspace, no matter where it is. You will be provided with tips for arranging your workspace and ideas for taking breaks to reduce strain. The primary focus of the lunch and learn will be for computer workstations.
Avelene Adler, coordinator of campus’ ergonomics program, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology–exercise and movement science and a doctorate in physical therapy. Prior to joining the UW–Madison Environment, Health and Safety office, she was a practicing physical therapist. Her current area of focus is in prevention of musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace and in adapting environmental and occupational demands to the individual.
