Team USA’s picks for the 2022 Motocross of Nations was announced this morning at the Budds Creek National. Chase Sexton, Eli Tomac, and Justin Cooper will be this year’s riders as the race is set to be held on home soil at Red Bud. Sexton and Tomac will both ride 450’s, with Cooper in the MX2 (250) division. Tomac and Sexton were shoe-ins for the 450 spots and Cooper edged his Star Racing Yamaha teammate Christian Craig for the 250 spot.
The team will sport the numbers 101, 102, and 103, last seen with Team USA on Ricky Carmichael, Kevin Windham, and Ivan Tedesco. We will continue to update this story as more news is announced.
